And do you know when Ivica and me have started our first race there? Such a long time ago, can't almost remember :). Yes, 16 long years ago! Yes, yes...
Back then it was season 1998/99, us two kids 16 and 19 years old! :) Time flew by until this 2015 season, and in the mean time we were through so much... Some good, some very bad things. But, you know me - I remember only good things, the bad ones were there also to give us something positive...
16 years, many male and female ski racers, so many memories... There are a lot of "new kids in the town" now, but "the old gang" is partially also hanging in there, so I'm sure we can expect another nice season of ski racing. Marlies Schild is gone, but Lindsey Vonn is coming back, and then you can add Tina Maze, Mikaela Shiffrin to the list, just as many other boys and girls - and there you have it. By the way - so sorry for that unfortunate Aksel Lund Svindal injury... :(
And Ivica and me? Oh, you know us. In 16 years a lot has changed, one thing still remains always the same - our goals to always do our best, despite of age... :)
We will still try to have as many good days as possible there, out on the ski slopes, and I hope you will continue supporting us just as you have done through all those years gone by...
